Great day for 13.1! Wind, rain, slick roads, and rolling hills kept times slower but I was pleased with pacing (5k splits: 16:56, 16:35, 16:29, 16:16) and staying within ~45sec of Iowa City’s Zach Baker who has run 1:06:58 earlier this year.
Favorite moment of the day: #running in with my dad in his first half marathon on his b-day. Thanks to the best cheering crew of friends and family!
